It's about more than your logo

Client:  "Can we see this version in a slightly darker shade of blue?"

Us:  "Yes, but...."

It's not that we don't want to give our clients what they want.  We do. We really, really do.  Honestly.

But, when it gets down to a choice between ever-so-slightly different versions of the same thing (like a logo) we begin to suspect it's an avoidance tactic.

Maybe it seems a little weird us to talk smack about the design process -- especially when we design logos.  But, we're doing it for your own good.

Should you spend precious time, money and energy on a professional looking logo? Yes. 

Should you obsess on tiny details when there are other, more significant tasks ahead?  We'd like to politely say: "No."

Your job, when picking a logo is to pick one that is clean, crisp, easy to read and professional. 

Once you have it, use it. Over and over and over. On everything

Remember, your marketing is more than your logo...it's about the big picture.
