Pool Professionals serves clients in the areas surrounding Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, and Charlotte with a full range of commercial and residential pool services. The company’s services include:

The Situation

In 2008, Pool Professionals was an established and growing company.  It had been in business for more than 15 years and was the largest pool staffing and management company in the Triangle.

But, the company lacked any internal staff that was solely dedicated to marketing.  In addition, Pool Professionals was about to expand into Greensboro and launch a new residential division.

Pool Professionals was looking for a marketing partner that could quickly respond to the changing demands of a growing organization.  But, they wanted predictable costs that were part of their operational budget — not unknown fees that varied wildly from project to project.
