Hourly Consulting Packages

Are you starting a new business? Or, do you have an established business that’s offering a new service to a new market?

Before you get too excited about creating a bunch of new brochures and sales materials, let’s back up a few steps….

All too often, we get phone calls that sound something like this:”I just started Business X and I need to get a new brochure as soon as possible so I can start selling!”

We usually respond with something like, “That’s great!  Tell me about your business, what you’re selling and why people will want to buy it.”   If you’re finding it hard to answer some of these foundational questions, developing a new brochure is probably not the best use of your money and time.

Why? Because if you launch into developing collateral before you have the big picture, you risk getting a box of brochures that sits in the corner collecting dust.

Do not despair! We can help you avoid that dusty box of unused brochures.

 

Hourly Consulting  Highlights

Over the course of several one-on-one meetings or phone calls, we’ll help you set goals, review processes, and keep you accountable for your commitments. At the end of each session, you’ll have homework that you’ll need to complete before the next session.  We’ll help you:

  • Define or improve your business positioning
  • Define or improve major marketing messages
  • Identify and prioritize marketing efforts, tactics and timelines
  • Develop long term goals and big picture strategic thinking
  • Survey existing clients to uncover new growth areas
